How Will My Order Be Delivered?

As a leading online retailer we have very good relationships with the most reliable delivery companies in the UK. Products are delivered using the safest, quickest and most reliable method available. Each and every product has its own tailor made delivery method to provide customers with a smooth and trouble free experience.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Keep this tracking number safe and use it to track delivery of your parcel.

The two delivery methods we use are "Small Parcel" and "Large parcel":

Small Parcel

Smaller, lighter products are delivered by TNT, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail using their "small parcel" delivery vehicles. Goods delivered by this method normally take between 1 to 6 days.

Some small parcel deliveries do not require a signature; this is usually up to the delivery person on the day. If you want an item to be left at your doorstep or round the back of your property you may wish to leave a note telling the driver where to leave your parcel.

Large Parcel

Larger or heavy products will be delivered using a Large Parcel vehicle. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient time for your delivery. These deliveries are made by TNT, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail. You may also be responsible for assisting the delivery driver to carry your parcel from the vehicle to your property.

You should make sure you check the parcel for any signs of damage and if you do feel that your item may be in any way damaged make sure you alert the driver and write "Damaged Goods" on the sign-for delivery sheet. Please see our "Returns and Damage" section for more information.

Items which are very heavy may need additional people to assist in unloading so please keep this in mind when you arrange your delivery date. On certain products we offer a "White Glove" delivery service, this provides additional delivery staff to help you move and unpack your goods. This service may also be available at an additional cost directly from the courier company so if you think it is required you should contact the couriers to discuss any additional services. Please note you will be required to pay for any additional services used.
