Using Your Account
Wondering about the status of an order?
Want to change your account or order information?
Care to subscribe to or unsubscribe from a mailing?
Whatever your need, you can do it via Your Account.
The information below should help you look up or change any
information you want.

Editing Your Account Information
You can change your billing address, name or email address by
signing into the Your Account area and clicking on click on
"Billing Address" or "Email Settings"
links under the Personal Info heading.
Forgot Your Password?
On the entry page to Your Account, at the bottom of the page,
click on the "Forgot your password? Click here" link.
Enter your email address, and we will send you your password via email.
Changing Your Password or Password Hint
You can do this by signing in to Your Account and clicking on
"Password" link under the Personal Info heading.
You can change your password by entering your old password and your
new password twice.
You can also change your password hint.
Order History and Order Status
You can review your Order History and check on the status of an
order in Your Account.
To access the Order History section, click on the "Order History"
link under the Order Status heading in Your Account.
If you are not logged in you will be prompted for your email address
and password.
Once logged in you will see a list of all orders you have placed in the
past.
This is your Order History.
You can view the details of any order by clicking on the
"View Details" button next to the order of interest.
The order detail shown to you will provide all of the information
from your original Order Confirmation along with up to date information
on the status of each item.
You will see delivery information and tracking numbers whenever
they are available.
Address Book
The Address Book is an easy way to store addresses for you,
your family and friends.
To edit or delete an address, click the "Address Book"
link under the Personal Info heading in Your Account.
Once you have signed in using the email address and password associated
with your account, you will be able to edit or delete any address now
on file.
Please note that any changes you make to the Address Book will apply
only to orders that are not already in process.
If you want to change the delivery address for an order you've already
placed, please call us on 0800 112 3072, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.
